UV-stable alternative to ABS. TDS nozzle 240–260 °C, bed 75–95 °C, enclosure recommended for temperature control and to minimize warping (0.4 mm nozzle reference).

Store sealed; dry if adhesion is poor.

Essentially ABS engineered for the outdoors: similar strength and heat resistance, far better UV and weather stability, and less odor — but it still warps and wants an enclosure. The go-to for parts that live in sunlight (automotive trim, garden, signage).

What temperature should I print Polymaker PolyLite ASA at?
